Joseph Cuellar and his company makes very specific dreams come true. As the operating partner for All Star Cars, he rents his clients some of the most coveted luxury cars on the market (like the brand-new Rolls Royce Cullinan he’s standing in front of).
Cuellar and his partners opened All Star Cars at the end of last year. “It was the perfect time and opportunity for us to reinvent ourselves,” says the Boston native, who also split his time growing up in Colombia, South America.
Cuellar has a successful background in management for the food and beverage and nightlife industries in both Miami and Las Vegas. He began his career in the Florida hot spot, working in restaurants and nightclubs. He eventually brought his talents to Las Vegas, first managing the city’s original daylife experience, Rehab at Hard Rock Hotel. He went on to manage nightlife at Park MGM at spots like On the Record and Juniper. Then he got together with his partners last year, and the three of them decided to put all their nightlife and industry experience together to open All Star Cars.
“We took all the knowledge that we learned from the hospitality and nightlife industries and put that into renting exotic cars in Las Vegas,” Cuellar says. “We also provide VIP concierge services, too—help book hotels, make reservations for restaurants, pool parties. We go above and beyond; we’re not just a rental car place. With our connections we just pick up the phone and make some calls or send some texts.”
As the operating partner, Cuellar is responsible for overseeing daily operations, which includes taking inventory and training every position. “My favorite part of the job is when we show people the cars that they’ve always dreamed of and they get into the car and learn how to operate it,” he says. “And you can see the wow on their faces—see their dreams coming true.”

Right now, if you book a rental with All Star Cars, you receive free goodies like branded sweatshirts, T-shirts and key rings. The company rents its luxury cars for as little as four hours up to a full week. What kind of luxury cars are we talking about? Everything from top-of-the-line stock like a Lamborghini Urus and Bentley Flying Spur to more mid-range like a Jeep Wrangler or Cadillac Escalade (but even these cars are totally upgraded and over the top!). All Star Cars is open seven days a week and offers complimentary hotel pick up and drop off.
