There are two sides to Flamingo GO Pool’s model cocktail server, Tiffaniee Paige—the extrovert and the introvert.

“I’m a party starter at this pool,” says the Florida native. “I’m hosting a party at my own house. Celebrating with my guests. I want to get to know my guests, my people. I think it’s important, customer service—I have to be on the memorable scale. I want them to remember Tiffaniee on their Vegas vacation.”

When she’s not charming guests and bringing the party to the pool club, Paige is at home creating oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, working out and writing poetry and song lyrics. “Outside of work I am a big nerd,” she says. “I give my personality to everyone all day at work, so when I’m done, I like to take a breath, relax and go inwards.”

But don’t get Paige wrong. She’s happy with what she does for a living. She’s been with GO Pool for three seasons and loves every minute of it. “Our pool gives you something completely different than other clubs,” she says. “If you could have a backyard barbecue with your whole entire neighborhood and just have everyone come over and everyone is just vibing out and drinking, having a good time, swimming. That’s the energy we have here. It’s more about celebration and having fun. It’s not about what you’re wearing, how much money you have, where you come from.”

Paige herself comes from a background in nursing and has her aesthetician license. She’s also been a bartender in Orlando and Miami; but always wanted to move out west so she came to Vegas about five years ago. “It was intimidating in the beginning when I moved here,” she says. “I had no idea how big the industry was. But now I couldn’t be happier. I love it here. I’ve made lifelong friends. I feel like I’ve found a home away from home.” It seems Vegas has pleased both Tiffaniees.

Libation: Coco Loco

It’s one of Paige’s favorite GO Pool cocktails—the Coco Loco. The delish drink is mixed with 1800 Coconut tequila, melon liqueur, coconut water, coconut purée and lime juice. The cocktail menu is packed with tasty poolside cocktails including specialty recipes, an assortment of mojitos (even a gummy bear-flavored one), South-of-the-border cocktails, frozen cocktails (including the famous Dole Whip with rum), lemonade-flavored cocktails and huge punch bowl cocktails to share.

Benefit: GO Pool is always free for anyone 21+, and you can skip the line if you buy a cabana or daybed ahead of time.
