Jessica Griffiths, model cocktail server at Omnia at Caesars Palace, has beauty and brains. Born and raised in Hawaii, she started her own shaved ice company at just 9 years old, and Maui Girlz Shave Ice is still going strong today. “I’ve been asked to franchise, but me and my family want to keep it local, keep the quality and customer service,” she says. And through her company she has led fundraising efforts to help feed underprivileged kids, donated profits to food banks, and worked with the Boys & Girls Club donating free shaved ice.

Then, last year, she used her beauty to land a job as a cocktail server at Wet Republic before transitioning over to Omnia nightclub when pool season was over, beating out tons of other beautiful women for the coveted position. “I felt so fortunate that they recognized me,” she said. “It was like a dream come true.”

Now she’s giving guests their dream come true when they come to party at Omnia. “Omnia is like Disneyland for adults,” Griffiths says. “We’re so focused on guest experience. The world can be a crazy place, and we’re fortunate to work in a place where people can come and have a good time and feel welcomed—that makes it magical for us and for the guests because their dream of partying in Vegas is coming true.”

Libation: Bottle Service

When you order bottle service like the popular glowing bottles of Dom Pérignon champagne, you’ll enjoy an over-the-top presentation. Watch as cocktail servers parade your bottle through the club with sparklers, personalized signs, confetti cannons, LED lights and much more.

Benefit: If you order a 3-liter bottle or bigger, watch as an aerialist descends from the ceiling to deliver it to your table.
