Just call her the “cool mom.” Rima Killgore-Hadfield, general manager of Flight Club at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, oversees a staff of 75. “They call me the accountability mom, they actually do,” she says, laughing. “I was six months pregnant when we opened. I was hustling and bustling and trying to take care of everyone in the venue. I care about them all so deeply but I’m also the first one to say, ‘Hey, we could do better.’”

For nearly two decades, Killgore-Hadfield has focused on the success of food and beverage venues across the Strip. This woman is a boss—she’s held high positions and steered the ship at Aria, Resorts World, Bellagio and MGM Grand and in 2022 lent her skills to help open Flight Club. “They asked, ‘You ever play darts before?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah I’m from the South, we play darts, but I’m not good at it.’ But when I saw the empty space I said, ‘I can’t see it, but I can feel that something good is gonna happen.’”

She was right. Flight Club has become a fun destination that elevates playing darts with innovative technology and combines it with elevated food and beverage. “It’s my job to keep the venue successful and make sure that everyone, employees and guests, has a great time and leaves with a great experience,” she says.
