In Las Vegas, you might notice that it’s a tad hot. Just a tad. A cocktail or two can help cool you down, but when you really need relief, the Minus5 Ice Bars in Vegas (at Monte Carlo and Mandalay Place) can always show you a frigid good time. The newest incarnation of the chilly attractions, Minus5 Ice Experience at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and The Palazzo, was created with 10 tons of ice from Canada, which was carved into whimsical and impressive vistas. Inside the nearly 1,500-square-foot venue, pop on a parka and gloves and head inside the ice lounge itself, enjoy a cocktail and even take in a LED light show—no pyrotechnics here, though!

Everything is made of ice, from the benches and tables to the walls and art adorning the space—even the glasses holding your drinks. Rum-, tequila- and vodka-based cocktails will heat you up even if you're in freeze mode. Luckily, there’s a warmer area outside the frigid lounge where you can sort of warm up. (But not too much—that Vegas heat is why you’re in here, right?)
