New York City restaurateurs Eric and Bruce Bromberg bring their melting pot of cuisine to Las Vegas with Blue Ribbon. Nosh on specially priced classic dishes and desserts, and imbibe $7 beers and $14 wines by the glass Friday through Tuesday from 5-7 p.m.

With a beautiful terrace setting that overlooks the Strip, Greek cuisine experience Estiatorio Milos offers drink specials Thursday through Sunday, from 5:30-7 p.m. Guests can sip on $11 specialty cocktails, $6 beers and $12 Greek wines by the glass.

Holsteins is a funky space filled with bright pop art and life-sized neon pink cows. Sit back and relax in the lounge Wednesday through Sunday from 3-7 p.m. and choose from $11 small bite specials like loaded tater tots and drink specials like the $18 mojito carafes in flavors that include blackberry basil, strawberry or classic mint.

Chef David Chang built one of his six Momofuku restaurants in Las Vegas, and now guests can bite into his contemporary Asian-American cuisine during Cocktail Hour, Thursday through Monday, from 5-7 p.m. The menu features $8 bites like the fried chicken bun and drinks like the seasonal slushie made with bourbon and watermelon juice.

At Rose. Rabbit. Lie., kick back inside The Study, a speakeasy-type space where you can order $10 wines by the glass and cocktails from 6-7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.

You can’t beat the prices at Scarpetta, Cosmo’s upscale Italian eatery where $7 plates of pasta made in-house daily and $8 beer, select wines and Aperol spritzes are available Friday through Tuesday from 5:30-7 p.m.

The sexy atmosphere inside the lounge area at STK sets the scene for its daily cocktail hour from 4-6 p.m. Imbibe half-priced specialty cocktails, $10 Justin cabernet and Vievite rosé and $7 shared plates. And the modern Japanese cuisine joint Zuma offers $7 Sapporo, $14 select cocktails and discounted sake, rosé, champagne and individual plates every Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30-7 p.m.
