Two iconic party destinations—Las Vegas and Ibiza—combine for an unforgettable evening of entertainment when Lío—one of Ibiza’s long-running and most exclusive cabaret dining experiences—sets up shop inside Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio through Nov. 3, bringing with it glamour, music, dance, and a specialty dining menu.
“Lío is a very participative and fun dinner show,” said Joan Grácia, Lío’s creative director. “We bring the Mediterranean character of Ibiza—happy, close and sexy. Lío is a sensual, provocative, fun, uninhibited and tremendously sexy show.”
Throughout the evening, the performers interact with guests—getting them up on their feet and dancing. “The show begins with ballads and some comic acts and (then the) rhythm increases with Latin beats and rock ’n’ roll,” Grácia said. “Then it continues with more sensual themes, cabaret themes and other more danceable ones, which is Lío’s objective—that people end up dancing and participating in the show. … The dancers also teach the guests a small choreography, which is repeated throughout the night, stimulating everyone’s participation.”
Besides the entertainment, guests are treated to an exclusive menu that blends core elements of American supper club cuisine with Mediterranean and Spanish culture and cuisine. Two exclusive menus are available—either three-course or five-course prix-fixe option. Both menus appeal to meat eaters and vegetarians, with highlights like filet mignon or cauliflower steak, surf and turf or honeynut squash, and other specialty plates like tuna crudo, risotto, The World’s Best Veggy Roll, loup de mare and marinated tomatoes. Dessert includes fresh fruit on ice, citrus tart and Mayfair’s signature dessert The Cigar, an edible milk chocolate and hazelnut cigar that arrives in vanilla smoke under a glass cloche.
“We start the show with a powerful opening and then the show accompanies dinner,” Grácia said. “The show progressively accelerates in rhythm and increases in sensuality until the closing of the evening.” So, are you in for a party unlike any other in Las Vegas?
