While you’re in town, we’ve got your plans right here. Read on for the latest in daylife and nightlife in Vegas.

With the temperatures heating up in the desert, there are three locations around the Strip to cool you off: Minus5 Icebar at The Linq Promenade, The Shoppes at Mandalay Place and The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. Each lounge is made completely of ice, and you’ll need to don a parka or faux-fur coat and gloves (provided in the cost of admission) before you enter. Then try the recently released Fresh & Cool specialty cocktails. Try the Watermelon Fresca with watermelon vodka, fresh watermelon juice, lime juice and mint, or the Me-Lime Chiller Fresca with lime-infused Bacardi rum, melon and lime juice. All cocktails are served in a glass made of ice!

At Aria’s new dining and drinking hot spot, Proper Eats Food Hall, guests can hit up the Proper Bar every Monday through Friday from 4-6 p.m. for happy hour with $2 fresh-shucked oysters paired with $16 draft and handcrafted specialty cocktails. Return to Proper Eats later in the evening and look for the Easy’s Donuts stall. Ask about the secret speakeasy, Easy’s Cocktail Lounge—the hidden lounge will reveal a sultry world of live music and impressive cocktails. This week, enjoy live music from singer-guitarist Joe Soul on Monday and Thursday, Justin Carder backed by a live band on Sunday, and Red Penny Arcade, which blends pop, jazz and rock together for a unique sound, on Friday.
