Get in the holiday spirit with some spirits! All over the city, lounges have added seasonal and holiday cocktails to their menus, and we’ve wrapped up some of our favorites.
Cigars and spirits pair so well when the weather cools, and a top spot for this experience is at Eight Lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas. Eight seasonal cocktails have been added to Eight’s menu, and some of our faves include the Autumn Ember, a silky, creamy concoction of Crown Royal, Cynar, Cointreau, clove syrup, cardamom bitters and egg whites. For something a little sweeter, try the Crimson and Spice, a sweet, warm, tart blend of Woodinville bourbon, cranberry juice, lime juice, pomegranate and ginger syrup, with a cinnamon sugar rim.
Make it a swinging holiday when you hit up Topgolf Las Vegas and its pop-up Jingle Bell Lounge. Enjoy festive décor and specialty cocktails like the Sparkling Winter Spritz (served in a keepsake cup for an additional $5) mixed with Fiorente elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine, cranberry and ginger ale. Don’t miss the Frozen Espresso Martini, too, a pick-me-up mix of Smirnoff Vanilla vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys Irish Cream and cold brew.

Take in views and holiday cocktails at The Jingle Bar pop-up inside Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay. The winter wonderland includes over-the-top holiday décor and festive cocktails like the Santa Claws’ Surprise with Casamigos blanco tequila, Kahlúa, Rumple Minze, espresso and a crushed peppermint candy cane rim, and the 5:30, Jazzercise, a warming mix of mulled wine made of red wine, honey, fresh orange slices, cloves, cinnamon and star anise.
Find the hidden speakeasy Easy’s Cocktail Lounge inside Proper Eats Food Hall at Aria (look for Easy’s Donuts shop). Step inside the intimate lounge all dressed up for the holiday season and sip on limited-time cocktails while listening to live music. Try the Naughty Gingerbread with Absolut Elyx vodka, fresh ginger juice, hand-squeezed lemon juice, organic maple syrup, egg whites and freshly grated nutmeg, or order the Dasher, Dancer & Prancer, a trio of shots that includes: the Absolut Elyx vodka, peppermint schnapps, cranberry and lime juices shot; the Perrier-Jouët, Absolut Elyx vodka, St-Germain and fresh lemon juice shot; and the Absolut Elyx vodka, honey syrup, orange juice and Perrier-Jouët shot.

At Rosina Cocktail Lounge at The Venetian, enjoy the spiced cranberry mule with Grey Goose vodka, the peppermint mocha espresso martini with Cazadores blanco and Cazadores Café tequilas and the White Christmas margarita with Patron silver tequila.
Make your way to The Sand Dollar Downtown at Plaza to enjoy its Sippin’ Santa On Main holiday experience. The lounge completely transforms into a tropical North pole with tiki-inspired cocktails and kitschy island décor. Enjoy a bevy of specialty cocktails like Frosty the Merman with rye, vanilla-clove syrup, lime, pear and apricot and allspice liqueurs, or the Sugar Plum Mai Tai with Haitian and Nicaraguan rums, lime, orgeat and cinnamon syrup and a plum mix.
