Head to the South Pacific in the Golden Monkey Tiki Lounge, where you’ll find wood and bamboo accenting colorful seating and art pieces throughout.

The biggest draws in a tiki bar are the powerful cocktails, and they abound here. Check out inventive takes on classics like the deceptively simple mai tai, combining Mount Gay Eclipse rum, Myers’s Dark rum, Giffard orgeat syrup, lime and Thai basil syrup. The vibrant-red Rum Runner features Bacardi Superior rum, Hamilton Navy Strength rum, banana and blackberry liqueurs, lime, pomegranate grenadine and pineapple. The Scorpion slides down easy, thanks to Hennessy VS cognac, Bacardi Superior rum, orange, lemon orgeat and simple syrup.

If you aren’t impressed by those, look at the specialty cocktails, many of which come served in colorful cups. The Guava Gal swims by in a gorgeous upright fish, with No. 3 London dry gin, Lillet Rouge aperitif, guava syrup and lime swirling inside, while the Fire Dancer lands in an intriguing container with tiny skulls around the stem. It features Appleton Estate Reserve rum, Hamilton Demerara rum, Chinola passion fruit liqueur, Heirloom pineapple amaro, pineapple, lime, and orgeat. It is torched, and that provides amazing flavor.

Or check out the punch bowls, larger-format drinks like The Hurricane, with Bacardi Superior rum, Myers’s Dark rum, pineapple, orange, lime and grenadine. Yummy!
