Who doesn’t love fireworks? They are a universal good time and Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino just launched its weekly Friday night party “Welcome to the Weekend” with DJs, signature cocktails and a fireworks show courtesy of neighboring Plaza hotel. Plaza shoots the fireworks from its rooftop, and the indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge at Circa offers the absolute perfect viewing area for the spectacular show. The party starts at 7 p.m., with fireworks popping off at 9:15 p.m.
From popping off to a pop-up—Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas just introduced its summertime hang, Le Spritz Bar. The restaurant’s patio has been transformed into the vibes of the French Riviera and Amalfi Coast with a specially curated musical program and a new cocktail menu with 10 specialty cocktails and classic spritzes. Small plates also pair beautifully with highlights like spiced Marcona almonds and chorizo and cheddar croquettes. Golden hour starts at 5 p.m.

Another great spot to unwind with cocktails and bites is at Hakkasan restaurant’s new social hour from 5-7 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday. Special pricing is a great way to try the über-luxury restaurant at MGM Grand at a discounted price. Enjoy $10 small plates and $15 dim sum and $8 beer, $12 select sparkling wine, white wine, rosé, red wine and sake and $12 specialty cocktails like the Scorched Melon and the long-time favorite Hakkatini.
Reverse happy hour happens every Friday and Saturday, from 8 p.m.-close at playground AREA15. The arts and entertainment district offers 25% off cocktails, beer and wine at drinking spots like Liftoff Bar and Ride, Oddwood Bar and Sanctuary. At Asylum Bar + Arcade, your drink purchase will get you some free arcade tokens!
Any country music fans in the house? We’ve got some great spots and deals for you. The first is for the ladies—head to Jason Aldean’s Kitchen +Bar at 63 CityCenter for its recently launched “She’s Country” ladies night every Thursday from 8 p.m. till late. Up on the venue’s Club Level, the nightlife vibes include live country music bands and drink specials like $7 well drinks, beer and house wines, and $10 tequila shots. More country fun happens every Friday and Saturday at Juliet Cocktail Room at The Venetian when Kenny Chesney is performing at neighboring Sphere. You can party pre- and post-show from 6-9 p.m. and then 9 p.m.-2 a.m. and enjoy the “No Shoes Nation” party with live bands and DJs spinning country music hits. Gilley’s at Treasure Island also celebrates Kenny Chesney’s Sphere residency with the “Keith as Kenny” party, May 30-31. After the concert head to this country hot spot and enjoy the Keith as Kenny ultimate tribute artist as he hypes up the saloon along with line dancing, the Gilley’ Girls, cocktails and mechanical bull riding.

House of Blues Restaurant & Bar also gets in on celebrating musical artist performances by offering three specialty cocktails in honor of the Kendrick Lamar and SZA concert at Allegiant Stadium on May 31. For one night only, the restaurant at Mandalay Bay offers handcrafted concoctions like the Not Like Us with Flecha Azul tequila, the Be Alright with Captain Morgan rum and the Broken Clock with Belvedere vodka.
