For one of the best ambiences in that category, Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas simply cannot be beat.
Walking through the entrance here, it’s as if you’ve stepped straight into the pages of an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel! The elegant design, highlighted by giant, color-changing orbs overhead, is complemented by the menu offerings, from the dazzling Daisy’s Sour, made with Haku vodka, Lazzaroni amaretto, lemon and lime juices, rosemary syrup, lavender bitters and egg whites, to the Hibiscus Paloma, pictured, created with 818 blanco tequila, hibiscus syrup, fresh lime juice and Fever-Tree grapefruit soda. Pair these with the chicken tenders and wings from nearby Junior’s; they’re some of the best on the Strip. If you want to feel like an insider, scan the menu’s QR code for the secret cocktail menu.
The party really gets going Thursdays through Saturdays in the evening. At 10 p.m., DJs provide danceable music into the night, and sometimes the venue will even provide themed nights depending on the concert schedule at nearby Resorts World Theater. Nostalgia always keeps us coming back, and so does Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge.
