• Spring (even though it feels like the dead of summer!) always means new cocktails in Las Vegas. Some of our faves include one at Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas. The Smoke Blossom is a sweet and smoky blend of MalaSanta mezcal, lime, agave, yuzu bitters and fresh muddled strawberries. The Underground at The Mob Museum released new seasonal cocktails, inspired by cultural influences of the Prohibition era. Sip on the Aunt Vivian, a gin-based drink with fruity notes based on Roy Olmstead’s children’s radio program Aunt Vivian, rumored to broadcast coded messages to bootleggers. Or try the Preservation Punch with rye, The Fuzz Moonshine, cinnamon, lemon, sugar, bitters and egg white, an ode to the days before refrigeration when ingredients used traditional preservation methods. And The Garden Party is inspired by the outdoor shindigs of the 1920s and is a mix of rhubarb gin, aquavit, aloe, lime and rosemary. Back on the Strip, make a stop into the beachy scene of Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood and get to sipping some new spring cocktails like the limoncello blueberry spritz, margarita rosé and the scorpion, with bite courtesy of jalapeños.

• If you’re looking for a unique nightlife experience, it gets no better than Oddyssey Manor at AREA15, immersive nightlife with a series of experiential rooms and an interactive cast of characters that will guide you through 90 minutes of cocktails and theater. The vibe and decor is Prohibition era-meets-early 1900s Shanghai-meets-nautical themes-meets-seductive boudoir scenes. It really is one of Vegas’ most unique nightlife destinations, and if you’re looking to indulge even more, visit on Friday and Saturday nights for Oddyssey Noir—a late-night dance destination where the whole venue turns into a dancefloor with DJs, cabaret performers, breakdancers and flowing cocktails.

• From night to day, Legacy Club, Circa Resort & Casino’s rooftop indoor-outdoor lounge, brings back its High Tea in the Sky event on April 11. Beginning at 1 p.m., enjoy handcrafted tea-inspired cocktails, gourmet brunch bites, different tea blends, champagne and a venue transformed into a garden in full bloom with plenty of coquettish-styled photo ops. A live DJ keeps the party hyped, and guests leave with some parting gifts like a signature teacup and saucer. Tickets are $125 but include all you can drink, eat and party!

• If getting back to late-night partying is still more your thing, Club Honey, a new party, pops off every Saturday night at Glitterloft at The Linq Hotel. It’s free to get in and guests can explore a multilevel venue inspired by New York City’s loft parties of the 1970s. DJ Lexto will spin everything from pop and house to classic rock, R&B and disco. Guests can also imbibe at the 99 Prince Street bar, a corner of Glitterloft that immerses guests in the street and subway scenes of NYC.

• For country music fans, head to Stoney’s Rockin’ Country at Town Square Las Vegas. The country saloon-meets-nightclub welcomes a special performance by singer-songwriter Austin Snell on April 10 and, on April 11, enjoy Country Rewind, a special night of throwback country music hits from the ’90s and early aughts. Sip ‘N Tip Sundays invites guests to take line-dancing lessons from 3-6 p.m. (for a fee) and includes awesome drink specials like $2 drafts, $5 bottled beers and well cocktails. For those daring folks, there is also the mechanical bull, ready for buckaroos to test their skills.
