For years, Omnia Nightclub has done partying right, with world-renowned DJs, top tech in audio-visuals and otherworldly design and decor all combining to offer a next-level nightlife experience. Well, Tao Group Hospitality one-ups the game with the introduction of the nightclub’s counterpart, Omnia Dayclub. Opened this season, the 46,000-square-foot party spot is connected to the nightclub by a dedicated bridge, giving off vibes of crossing over to a far-away, upscale, beachy locale.

“The moment you walk in and see the full scope of it—the pools, the Strip views, the stage—it just hits different than anything else out there,” says Jason Strauss, co-CEO of Tao Group Hospitality. “We designed it so that every seat in the house feels like the best seat.”

In addition to the dayclub, the venue also houses Omnia Skybar, operating as its own outdoor dining destination every Thursday through Sunday evening. Think dining vibes on the beaches of Saint-Tropez or Mykonos.

The dayclub design is reminiscent of seaside European locales with textiles like teak, stacked stone, woven hyacinth and emerald accents, and features two central pools, daybeds, VIP cabanas with exclusive plunge pools, and a deck that overlooks the entire club and features shaded seating and dedicated bar.

The DJ booth and surrounding area that make up the focal point of the dayclub provide nothing short of a festival-level production. “The 8K LED main stage screen is the highest-resolution display in Las Vegas daylife, and it was custom-built to perform in full sunlight without losing any of that visual impact,” Strauss says. “Paired with the L-Acoustics L2 sound system, there’s nothing else in the market doing what we’re doing on the production side.” And, lighting up that tech are world-renowned DJs signed to the summer roster including Tiësto, Chris Lake, Alesso, Steve Aoki, Afrojack, Elderbrook and more.

Fueling all the fun, Omnia Dayclub offers an elevated food and beverage program with special extras like the cabana-side chef experiences and over-the-top bottle presentations. “We’re not doing typical pool food; think American bistro-style dishes and craft cocktails built for daytime, things that actually taste good when you’re in the sun,” Strauss says. “One of my personal favorites is the tomahawk taco offering, with a full tomahawk steak and all of the taco trimmings you could want. The culinary program is a real extension of what Tao Group does across all our venues.”

Irresistible cocktail concoctions include the Rosé SZN Sangria with Whispering Angel rosé, Belvedere vodka, lemon, dragon fruit, club soda and raspberry boba pops. Frozen cocktail favorites include the Mango-Rita with Gran Coramino reposado tequila, Combier mango liqueur, frozen margarita and Chamoy, and the Chill Pill with Tito’s Handmade vodka, banana and frozen piña colada.

Getting the dayclub escape built from concept to completion took Tao Group Hospitality a few years, but the results are truly stunning and help to further elevate the city’s reputation as one of the best daylife destinations in the world.

“Think Ibiza and Europe meeting the energy of Las Vegas but built for the way our guests actually want to experience a day out, especially when it can be harder to travel to Europe these days,” Strauss says. “We wanted it to feel immersive and transportive. It’s elevated without being uptight, and that balance is something we spent a lot of time getting right.”

Insider’s Tips

• Don’t pass up the dayclub’s sushi offerings like sashimi and nigiri and specialty rolls, including vegetarian options.
