Cowboy ribeye
After more than a year of research that included taste-testing and more than 3,000 guest surveys, Hard Rock Cafe has introduced 30 menu items and modified 28 existing menu items. Every box was checked, every flavor tested—even garnishes, seasoning and ingredients were put under scrutiny, resulting in a menu that appeals to various appetites. New salads were introduced, as well as two new burgers and a new grilled vegetable sandwich for those vegetarians out there. The new and revamped items kept in line with Hard Rock Cafe’s offerings of all-American cuisine, which now includes hearty entrées like the cowboy ribeye, a 16-ounce bone-in steak, and the smoked beef brisket, slow-cooked brisket topped with hickory barbecue sauce. Fan favorites still shine on the menu, but with some slight updates. The famously delicious signature nachos, now called Nachopalooza, offers two hearty layers of cheese instead of queso and new toppings include pulled pork and smoked beef brisket.
The Cafe’s reincarnation wouldn’t be complete without cocktails, including the Air Mexico, a flight of three flavored margaritas, and the Red Berry Press, served in the style of a French press with fresh berries. Even spiked milkshakes were added.
