Since Hash House A Go Go started in San Diego, the three-meal-a-day chain has expanded operations to Chicago, Florida, Connecticut and Nevada. But one of the most popular times to hit Hash House anywhere has always been during brunch—and the new Hash House A Go Go in the Rio is strictly brunch.
Grab a latte or indulge in a kiwi watermelon lemonade, then get ready for the “twisted farm food,” as the chain bills its vittles. The flapjacks are a specialty here, and through the end of March, you can order special ones represented by headliners Penn & Teller, “X” Rocks and Chippendales the Show. Hash House will donate a portion of those flapjacks’ sales to one of the headliners’ charity, depending on which flapjack sells the most.
If pancakes aren’t your thing, Hash House A Go Go’s signature sage fried chicken and waffles brings a mountain of food skewered with a steak knife and crowned with a sprig of rosemary and fried leeks. Plus, you’ll find all manner of sandwiches, massive burgers and ribs, all huge and all delicious.
Rio, 6 a.m.-3 p.m. daily. 702.777.7777
