The trendiness of global fusion cuisine takes on a slightly different twist when you dine at Tom’s Urban, the newest piece in New York-New York’s evolving landscape.
Restaurateur Tom Ryan and financier Rick Schaden just opened the chain’s third location, its first in Vegas, and the eclectic mix of food inspired by the cities of the world has proven appeal to all types of diners.
Favorite dishes from other locations, such as ginger chicken pot stickers, sliders with Maine lobster and the Havana carnitas sandwich are all on the menu here, as well as some new dishes that Tom’s Urban regulars will have to head to Vegas for. Sticky pork belly rolls and filet sliders are sure to turn into favorites, too.
Hanging out and enjoying others’ company are hallmarks of Tom’s Urban feel, and here in Las Vegas you can get the additional perk of people-watching right off the Brooklyn Bridge.
Cocktails get serious consideration at Tom’s, with imports like the WTF from other locations and Vegas originals like the Area 51 served in normal sizes, and, of course, seemingly impossible sizes that seem just right for Sin City.
