Rose Red (The Dorsey at The Venetian) Winter flavors come together for this twist on the classic Airmail. The Rose Red is a blend of Laird’s Apple Brandy, lime juice, honey and dashes of rose water and topped off with champagne and a red rose garnish.

Oaxaca Egg Nog

Oaxaca Egg Nog (Mama Rabbit at Park MGM) A twist on the classic holiday drink, the Oaxaca Egg Nog utilizes ingredients found in Mexican cuisine. It’s a mix of reposado mezcal, Fortaleza reposado tequila, coconut milk, egg, Oaxacan old-fashioned syrup made with cacao, cinnamon and chili, a pinch of volcanic salt and grated nutmeg and cinnamon for garnish.

Merry Martini (The D and Golden Gate) Inspired by Christmas cookies and candy canes, the Merry Martini is a mix of Skyy Infusions Vanilla Bean vodka, white crème de cacao, Rumple Minze peppermint schnapps and cream and a cherry garnish and sugar rim.

Nog ‘n Beam (Steak ‘n Shake at OYO Hotel & Casino) Bourbon serves as a spirit of choice for the winter months. Combine that with traditional eggnog and you’ve got the adult milkshake, Nog ‘n Beam. It’s a blend of Jim Beam, RumChata, eggnog syrup, vanilla ice cream, ground cinnamon, whipped cream, mint sprig and a cherry.
