If you’ve seen some of the things that people have posted on Instagram about Bazaar Meat by José Andrés—it’s all true! There are mini cotton candy fluffs hiding a bit of foie gras; there are liquid green olives, there is a beautiful tartare made of tomatoes, there is ham from Spanish pigs that are fed on acorns and yes, you can taste the acorn.

You can get a tasting of wagyu and Kobe beefs imported from Japan, and there are so many options from the fire pit, which dominates the front of the restaurant. Get suckling pig from Spain, or cuts from beef sourced across the world, like skirt steak from Texas, chateaubriand from California and dry-aged strip loin from New Zealand.

And at Bazaar Meat’s Bar Centro, Sunday diners can enjoy specials from wines gathered from across the globe.
