Tucked away inside The D, walk down the brick-walled tunnel and into the charm of an old-school Las Vegas restaurant for the finest cuts of meat married with exceptional Italian cooking. Andiamo Steakhouse sources its beef from top butchers like Pat LaFrieda and Stockyard Premium, with each piece cut to exact specifications of the chefs and turned into melt-in-your-mouth morsels.

Intense flavors shine through in steaks like filet mignon, bone-in ribeye, a charbroiled porterhouse and the impressive 32-ounce tomahawk long-bone rib-eye. Andiamo also serves its popular veal osso buco and both lamb and veal chops. To put each bite over the top, guests are served a signature zip sauce for dipping. You can also order your steak with add-ons like a gorgonzola dolce crust. For pescatarians in the group, indulge in pan-roasted sea scallops, Chilean sea bass, salmon, lobster ravioli and shrimp scampi. Vegetarians can start with a beautiful caprese salad or the decadent spring peach carpaccio kale salad with chilled, vanilla-scented poached peaches, and for the entrée order the filling cauliflower steak, served with Italian grains and seasonal vegetables.

Andiamo’s wine list includes impressive Italian labels, red wines from around the world and many California vintages. Handcrafted classic cocktails come from the petite bar right off the main dining room floor.
