Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a special $98 prix fixe menu from Hakkasan Las Vegas in MGM Grand. Golden Treasure Pockets (fried dumplings with abalone and wild mushrooms, above), salt-crusted chicken and wok-fried scallops are among the highlights. The menu is now available through Feb. 8; items are available a la carte as well. Add on a decadent Cheng Zi cocktail, with rum and Velvet Falernum, and you’ll feel extra lucky.
