Gordon Ramsay Burger

What can’t Gordon Ramsay do? The star TV chef offers something for everyone across his portfolio of Las Vegas Strip restaurants, but his wildly popular Gordon Ramsay Burger (Planet Hollywood Resort, 702.785.5462) is now serving breakfast, opening at 8 a.m. daily and dishing up delicious creations alongside fresh juice and coffee cocktails, mocktails, smoothies and other beverages.

Of course, there’s a Brunch Burger, with a juicy beef patty and over-medium egg augmented by American cheese, grilled onions and bacon on brioche. Start your day with a punch of flavor with the Hell Yeah sandwich, with egg, Asadero cheese, jalapeño, roasted tomatoes, sliced avocado and jalapeño aioli, or the Las Vegan sandwich with a plant-based sausage patty, tofu scramble, arugula and roasted tomato. Add an order of cheesy tots topped with bacon, Parmesan cheese, fried chives and white cheddar ale sauce and you may be ruined for ordinary breakfast offerings forever. And we anxiously look forward to what Ramsay comes up with next. –Brock Radke

Some things are worth waiting for, like the offerings at 85˚C Bakery (4258 Spring Mountain Road, 702.247.4094), where folks have been queuing up since its launch at Chinatown’s Shanghai Plaza. Offerings include coffee and tea drinks, slushies and smoothies, but it’s the baked goods that stand out. Grab a plastic tray and hit the cases stocked with sweet and savory pastries. Keep an eye out for the latest from the kitchen as bakers whiz by with warm trays of apple-almond Danishes, cheese dogs, choco-buns and loaves of fresh brioche. –Leslie Ventura

One of the newest coffee hot spots to join the Vegas brew crew is Founders Coffee (6410 S. Durango Drive No. 100, 702.916.4442), across the street from IKEA in the southwest valley. The lattes come in a variety of flavors, including vanilla, mocha, white mocha, cafe coco colada, lavender white chocolate, salted caramel and matcha. There’s also a latte of the month paired up with a local charity that receives a portion of the sales. Try one with avocado toast or the deluxe lox platter. –Genevie Durano
