Vegas at Home: Rick Moonen

Rick Moonen is well-known to Las Vegas gourmets as the genius behind both RM Seafood and Rx Boiler Room at Mandalay Bay. While those restaurants are now closed, Moonen, who proved one of the more entertaining and ingenious contestants on Top Chef Masters, is still hard at work in the kitchen, as he demonstrates in this latest installment of Vegas at Home. He is joined by his wife, Roni, and assembles a pretty killer paella. And while you may not have all the ingredients Rick and Roni do, hopefully this video will inspire you to go pantry diving and come up with a brilliant recipe of your own.
