Vegas at Home: Frankie Pep - from YouTube.com

In just a short amount of time, Frankie’s Uptown in Downtown Summerlin has become a locals’ favorite. It’s just a fun place to hang out and eat, with a food and beverage menu to make anyone smile. That playful atmosphere begins with you ordering some “uppetizers” like bacon-wrapped jalapenos or the Mean Green Antipasto, or selecting from a variety of “Strolls,” handcrafted bread dough that’s stretched thin, stuffed with cheese, and your choice of veggies or meats, and then rolled, folded and baked. If you’re not hungry enough yet, you will be after this episode of Vegas at Home, where owner Frankie Pep shows you how to make one of his signature Strolls.
