Fans of New York-style pizza are no doubt familiar with Side Piece Pizza, a go-to fast-casual spot at the Palms that specializes in easy one-stop shopping for locals and visitors. Chef Enzo Esposito’s menu features classic cheese, pepperoni, vegetable, sausage and meatball pies, as well as traditional white pizzas. And while resorts are currently shuttered in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Chef Enzo wants to make sure fans of Vegas at Home are eating well.
