In New York and L.A., the restaurant Catch became a favorite of celebrities, A-listers and the jet set, and now Vegas visitors can experience the brand and its popular Asian-influenced dishes.
Sushi highlights include the popular Catch roll with crab, salmon and miso honey, and the truffle sashimi with tuna, hamachi, chili oil, ponzu, caviar and black truffle. Steaks include A5 Japanese Miyazaki wagyu, the 36-ounce tomahawk, New York Strip and filet. Seafood stars include the king crab tempura, a giant seafood tower, herb-roasted branzino and the 2.5-pound Cantonese lobsters.
It’s a good idea to end the meal with the interactive dessert, the Hit Me Cake, drizzled with melted chocolate and cracked open with a fork. It’s a total Instagram moment, as many things are at Catch, including the restaurant’s entryway—an 80-foot-long, tunnel-like pergola.
