There are steakhouses, there are fine-dining restaurants, and then there’s Jean Georges Steakhouse, which combines the elements of both. It’s one of the Strip’s most elegant experiences, an impeccably detailed dining room that features the chef’s creative takes on steakhouse classics.

You know you’re in for something special the minute you dig into the Japanese wagyu carpaccio appetizer, made even more flavorful with black truffle fritters and lime salt, and the crispy sushi sampler, served with chipotle mayonnaise and crispy rice.

It only gets better from there, from the porcini-crusted salmon to the JG Cheeseburger, truly unique with truffle mayonnaise, brie and a yuzu pickle. The steak menu, obviously, is world-class, and whether you choose a 32-ounce porterhouse or a 42-ounce Mishima tomahawk ribeye, you won’t be regretting your choice. Just make sure you accompany it with black truffle mac n cheese or trumpet mushrooms mixed with garlic, jalapeño and lemon.

Dessert is a must, from the warm Valrhona chocolate cake to the New York-style cheesecake.
