One of the premier food halls on the Strip, Famous Foods Street Eats has amassed an impressive collection of cuisine from all over the globe. You’ll find pho, teriyaki, ramen, salads and so much more. One of the true highlights here is Streetbird, courtesy of James Beard Award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson. This ode to hot and spicy fried chicken will truly keep you coming back for more.
What truly sets this establishment apart from others like it is the sauce selection, each one more delectable than the last: buffalo, lemon pepper Parmesan, berbere hot honey, M’s signature rub and Streetbird jerk. All these are available with practically everything on the menu, from the bone-in wings (available in 6- and 12-piece servings), the chicken tenders and the Impossible chicken nuggets, served with coleslaw, house cucumber and pickles.
Don’t’ sleep on the recently added “Bird & Bun” section, however. They’re all knockouts: The Vegas Strip Bird is made with crispy chicken, M’s signature spice blend, smoked bacon, berbere hot honey, pickles and Comeback sauce; the Sticky Que chicken sandwich is made with crispy chicken, M’s signature spice blend, barbecue sauce, slaw, pickles and ranch; the Bird & Biscuit piles crispy chicken high on a flaky Southern biscuit and gets topped with hot honey, pickles and maple glaze; and chicken and waffles is just what it sounds like, crispy chicken piled on a cornbread waffle with maple butter, hot honey and pickles.
