Tiki your party (yup, I punned it!) to the next level with a new secret pop-up bar located on the second floor of The Front Yard at Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery. Through July 3, the bar escape, called The Island at Ellis, surrounds guests with all things tiki fun.
Chow down on specialty menu items like a teriyaki chicken burger, tiki quesadilla and coconut shrimp. In addition, guests can order from The Front Yard’s popular brunch and dinner menus. You can’t have a tiki bar without some themed cocktails, and there are 10 new recipes to choose from, all inspired by the islands, including tiki classics and beer cocktails. Or you can opt for Ellis Island’s famed beer, brewed right on property, all served up in specially made tiki glassware.
Servers and bartenders even go tiki mode by dressing the part in special Hawaiian-themed attire, and themed activations are placed throughout the space for some fun social-media pics. And this is Las Vegas after all, so also located at the pop-up tiki bar are two blackjack tables and a variety of slot machines.
