When eating dim sum, the only thing better than the dish you’re eating is one you’re going to eat next. As the dim sum cart wheels creak in the distance, carrying all the dumplings, steamed buns, veggies and noodle dishes that await, it’s enough to make you giddy. So much so that the next time your desk chair squeaks, it might make you salivate. We hear you, and we’ve got the place for you!

Once that craving comes on, it’s time to hit up Ping Pang Pong, arguably one of the top Chinese restaurants in the city. Here, you’ll find a satiating lunchtime dim sum that will quell your mid-day hunger, but the restaurant also serves a variety of authentic Chinese. Some plates you’ll want to share include the honey-glazed barbecue pork or the butterflied walnut prawns. Yet, when it comes to the XO shrimp lai fen (hand-pulled noodles tossed with a spicy XO chili sauce), you might want to keep it to yourself.
