Ever since Buffalo chicken rose to national fame in the 1990s, it’s been synonymous with group outings and sports. And for a limited time, one of the best hamburger spots on the Las Vegas Strip is celebrating all things hot and spicy with its Buffalo-themed menu.
Shake Shack’s new Buffalo chicken sandwich is a hand-breaded, antibiotic-free chicken breast cooked sous vide-style and served on a toasted potato bun. There’s plenty of Buffalo sauce, but Shake Shack throws in ranch sauce to balance out the heat. And what goes better with a sandwich than some fries? Order them with or without cheese, dusted with Buffalo seasoning and served with ranch dipping sauce.
Yes, this is some spicy stuff! Luckily, Shake Shack also has some limited-time shakes to put out the fire, including the Wake & Shake (Red Bay coffee with vanilla frozen custard, maple syrup and orange zest) and the Chocolate Pie (chocolate ganache toasted oat pie, chocolate frozen custard and croissant cookie crumbles). Heaven!
