For a chill meal and a pint or two, check out Trustworthy Brewing Co., the Strip’s only brewery, which also operates an outpost in Burbank, Calif. It features a small dining room and a large bar, plus plenty of TVs to catch a game on. Several beers are crafted onsite, and although the beer menu can vary (and does), the Gigil rice pilsner is nearly always on the menu, as are the What Plane? oatmeal stout and the Trustworthy IPA.
There are plenty of beers from other regional breweries, too, plus barbecue-inspired dishes like the brisket sandwich and the ultimate brisket nachos, with beef brisket, chile verde, pickled onions, queso fresco, sour cream, and guac piled over tortilla chips. Salads, several burger options, spicy fried chicken and chicken club sandwiches, fish and chips, and a brisket plate help round out the food menu.
