There’s no better way to celebrate National Steak Month than with the 32-ounce cowboy rib steak or a 50-ounce Australian wagyu Carrera tomahawk, served with roasted bone marrow, street corn salsa and STK bold and bearnaise sauces. Other standouts include mushroom and truffle tagliatelle with pecorino and shaved black truffle, and spicy king crab rigatoni, smothered in Parmesan toasted bread crumbs.
In the mood for lunch? Check out the wagyu burger, a 7-ounce patty with all the classic toppings, special sauce—and fries, of course! Definitely opt for the addition of an egg.
