Feed your belly and your soul when you visit The Forum Shops at Caesars throughout September and participate in its annual Dine With a Purpose campaign.

“The Dine with a Purpose campaign was launched to support Three Square Food Bank during Hunger Action Month,” Janet LaFevre, director of marketing and business development at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, told Las Vegas Magazine. “Throughout September, diners can enjoy special menu items, with a portion of proceeds helping to fight food insecurity in Southern Nevada, allowing guests to make a difference simply by dining out.”

The list of participating restaurants and the dishes to order include:

• RPM Italian (chicken Parmesan)

• Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab (cherries Jubilee)

• Water Grill (fresh oysters on the half shell)

• Sushi Roku (sizzling ribeye, tuna crudo, senshi roll)

• The Palm (New York cheesecake)

• True Food Kitchen (chicken tender plate)

• Carmine’s NY Italian (frozen berry Cosmo, Carmine’s salad)

• Café Lola (crème brûlée French toast)

“My favorite dish is the cherries Jubilee,” LaFevre said. “The tableside flambé with brandy makes it exciting, and the warm cherries over vanilla ice cream create a deliciously nostalgic and indulgent dessert.”

Don’t miss the other standout dishes (with a portion of their costs going to Three Square Food Bank) like the tender sizzling ribeye, which you can smell as it wafts through the air to your table, cooking on a hot stone rock and served with veggies and a shiso caper sauce. The Carmine’s salad is served family-style and is packed with mixed greens, tomato, onion, radish, pepperoncini, celery, olives, diced salami, mortadella, extra-sharp provolone and house-made vinaigrette. And satisfying any sweet tooth is the crème brûlée French toast, made with thick challah bread and topped with vanilla bean cream, cinnamon, powdered sugar, cajeta, fresh blueberries and strawberries and a sprinkle of 24K gold flakes.
