Allegiant Stadium has plenty going on when football’s not being played. This year, the massive venue will be hosting music superstars like Post Malone, Coldplay and The Weeknd, and if you don’t want the hassle of trying to park right by the stadium to enjoy a concert, you’re in luck: You can park at WSKY Stadium, an extremely short walking distance from Allegiant.
Park in one of the 638 spots available (free on nonevent days) and get things started with cocktails like the Spiced Apple, made with Bacardi, agave, lime juice and apple juice, served in a glass with a cinnamon raw sugar-lined rim, and the Spicy Pina-Rita, made with Ghost tequila, pineapple and lime juice and agave.
Once you’ve stimulated those taste buds, get ready for some seriously delicious bites. Fan of Italian meats? The Italian Grinder is one of the best of its type in the city with salami, carving board ham and spicy capicola on French bread, covered with smoked provolone, shredded lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, garlic and red wine aioli.
Entrées run the gamut from steak frites and fish and chips, made with beer-battered white fish and served with onion hush puppies, French fries and coleslaw, to WSKY salmon, served with Dijon honey glaze, Frisco pilaf and seasonal veggies.
For dessert, the churro donuts are so much fun, served with key lime or WSKY caramel sauce.
