In a very short amount of time, entrepreneur/reality TV star and actress Lisa Vanderpump has established an empire on the Las Vegas Strip. In addition to Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace and Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, she’s now opened her third establishment, the luxurious and fun Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo. And judging by how much this establishment delivers, it’s a sure bet the empire is only going to continue to grow.
Situated within the property toward the Strip (with parts of the establishment boasting great people-watching views), Pinky’s by Vanderpump is really the best of both worlds when it comes to cocktails and creative takes on some of America’s favorite comfort foods, all in a space that evokes a bygone era with art deco décor, including muted greens, brass accents and soft blush pink hues. To say it complements its historic host property perfectly is a massive understatement.
You’ll feel like a real VIP the second you sit down for your experience, and a big part of that is the Instagrammable signature cocktails, all with their own inimitable presentation. Caviar fans have got to try the Pump & Bump, a caviar martini served with a spoonful of caviar on a gold plate, while margarita fans will flip for the Flip the Bird, a green goddess marg served in a tiny gold birdcage!
While sipping your libation of choice, choose from a wide variety of some truly satisfying dishes. Go classic with the Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail, featuring white wine-poached shrimp, a Bloody Mary cocktail sauce and Tajín. Carnivores will love the Pinky’s Burger, an absolute beast with a 7-ounce Angus patty, Bibb lettuce, applewood smoked bacon, tomato, dill pickle slices, housemade onion rings, Pinky’s Secret Sauce and dill tater tots.
For dessert, you and your special someone can share the Pinky’s Baked Alaska, with this version featuring Neopolitan semifreddo, madeleine tart, vanilla shortbread, meringue and fruit.
