Mexican food doesn’t get much better than El Segundo Sol at FSLV—Fashion Show Las Vegas (elsegundosol.com). The restaurant, which was recently remodeled to reflect the spirit and vibe of Tulum, Mexico, gets things started at 11 a.m. daily, and you’ve got to start with the made fresh to order guacamole. From there, take your pick of tuna poke tacos, chicken taquitos, fajitas, taco and enchilada platters served with cilantro rice and Oaxacan black beans, and salads like the Costa Mesa and Watermelon & Cotija—yum!

Over at RPM Italian at The Forum Shops at Caesars (rpmrestaurants.com), lunch gets underway at 11:30 a.m. daily, and you can choose from either the traditional lunch service or a $35 three-course prix fixe menu, which includes a starter, entrée and dessert (available Monday through Friday).

Over at Paris Las Vegas, longtime favorite Mon Ami Gabi (monamigabi.com) starts lunch service at 11 a.m daily. Enjoy delights like onion soup au gratin, sandwiches like the croque monsieur and Le Cubano, steak frites, trout almondine, a selection of fruit de mer like oysters and shrimp cocktail, and salads like the frisee & lardon or petite greens.

Also at FSLV—Fashion Show Las Vegas, Happy Camper (happycamper.pizza) has a huge assortment of lunch menu favorites like buffalo chicken and Caesars salads, Baja fish tacos, signature pizzas, the Big Happy Burger, spicy poke bowl and much more.
