Travel to another continent while physically sitting in Vegas this month at Hakkasan’s Yauatcha Endless Dim Sum Brunch. Yauatcha is a tea house that operates in six locations across the globe, combining the elements of dim sum with a European patisserie, and the pop-up at the Tao Group Hospitality restaurant features an array of Cantonese dishes and delicious desserts on Sundays through the end of August.

The brunch is $48 a person from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with add-ons like endless beverages. (Specialty cocktails are available for purchase as well.) It features dim sum offerings that come three to a basket, like shumai with Berkshire pork and shrimp, seafood har gau with lobster, vegetarian egg rolls with spring peas and apricot sauce, vegan edamame jade dumplings with carrot and mushroom, and crispy prawn dumplings with garlic and soy.

Other delicacies include crispy duck salad, jasmine tea-smoked ribs, shrimp fried rice, spicy sesame cold noodles, roasted branzino and General Tsao chicken with chili and sesame. And the General Tsao chicken can be created with vegan ingredients, making it a great dish for multiple guests.

For dessert? The Spikey lemon, a tangy option with calamansi gel, vanilla cake and yuzu curd that you are sure to love. Or purchase the Hakka platter, with mini versions of the Spikey Lemon and four other desserts.
