I don’t stop talking about the cucumber agua fresca at ¡VIVA! by Ray Garcia. Truth is, I don’t stop talking about it, I don’t stop thinking about it, I don’t stop craving it, especially when the weather heats up. Give it a try for yourself.

You’ll also find some of the most scrumptious Mexican cuisine available on the Strip. Stop in for brunch to dine on specialties like tres leches French toast with candied pecans, seasonal berries, tres leches sauce and whipped cream, or chorizo con huevos served with fingerling potatoes and flour tortillas.

If a satisfying dinner is what you seek, worry not, there’s plenty to enjoy at this colorful venue. Start with the chicharrones, which includes pork rinds, crispy chicken skins, crab chips, shrimp chips, duritos and habanero hot sauce. A classic order of chips and salsa includes an addictive, garlicky salsa tatemada.

For mains, there’s no bad choice, but the enchiladas de pollo are absolutely exceptional. Made with chicken, requesón, feta and red onion, these are extremely satisfying and smothered in the most delicious red sauce. Additionally, the Baja tacos entrée includes three to-die-for handhelds filled with Mexican shrimp, crunchy cabbage, citrusy pico de gallo and rich cilantro crema.

Don’t forget that agua fresca. And don’t be surprised when you don’t stop talking about it.
