Need a really, really good bite for lunch? Head to Wally’s Wine & Spirits, a combo of a wine shop, deli and restaurant that has achieved wide acclaim in Southern California for its flagship Beverly Hills outpost (as well as one in Santa Monica). And the Resorts World Las Vegas location has garnered nearly as much acclaim. Patio and interior seating is surrounded by numerous counters serving cheese, condiments and more, and tons of towering wooden racks of wine.
Brunch and lunch here is a casual affair that’s also elegant, with items like chopped chicken salad, lobster salad, Caesar salad, bluefin tuna salad, buffalina pizza and truffle pizza. The pastrami Reuben features Gruyère, sauerkraut and a Russian aioli on ciabatta. Wally’s Burger is a signature item on both lunch and dinner menus, featuring an 8-ounce Black Hawk American wagyu patty, Artikaas smoked Gouda, caramelized onions and Wally’s Special Sauce.
Truffle gnocchi is another staple on both menus—the combination of ricotta gnocchi, Parmesan, black truffle and a mushroom medley is simply luscious. For traditional entrées, the New York prime steak frites features Wanderer grass-fed beef, while the king salmon fillet is topped with a lemon-beurre blanc sauce.
Wally’s all-day menu sports cheese and charcuterie boards with intense flavors from Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France, England and the U.S.
