What can we say? The Vanderpumps just do it so, so well. The family brand has already opened two successful operations on the Strip at Caesars Palace and Paris Las Vegas, and its third hot spot, Pinky’s by Vanderpump, brings a luxe, art deco atmosphere with a creative cocktail program to the iconic Flamingo.
Upon stepping through the striking green gates that create a portal to this opulent venue, you’ll notice the space has been designed with keen attention to detail. Lush greenery fills the atrium-like area by the Stripside entrance, while plush pinks accent the stunning gold hues found throughout the rest of the splendid space. Part of what makes this bar so visually interesting are the various textures throughout. Fuzzy wallpaper, scaled tiles, ostrich feathers—it all just feels oh-so-extravagant.
Naturally, you’ll find a cocktail program just as carefully crafted as the environment here. Largely developed by Pandora Vanderpump Sabo, Lisa Vanderpump’s daughter, the beverage menu took weeks to perfect, but that effort paid off, resulting in some of the most well-balanced, enjoyable cocktails on the Strip.
Martinis and spritzes make up a large portion of the menu, including standout sips like the Pump & Bump, a martini flavored with vermouth, orange bitters, Green Chartreuse and olive brine, served with a perfect pop of caviar. This cocktail features Vanderpump brand vodka, which has a clean, crisp flavor that works perfectly with the mixture of bright and savory flavors in this drink.
Prefer a gin-based martini? Try The Dirty Dog, an everything bagel-inspired concoction of WORKDOG London dry gin (another incredible Vanderpump family product), olive brine, blue cheese olives and everything bagel seasoning. Or order The Vanderpump Vesper, made with Tanqueray Sevilla gin, Vanderpump vodka and Lillet Blanc for an elegant, simpler sip.

For some bubbles, order the Sin & Tonic. Made with Empress gin, hibiscus, blood orange, lemon and ginger bitters and tonic, this fruity bev is not only refreshing and delicious, but also totally gorgina. Seriously, think about your Instagram post: A vibrant pink libation, surrounded by rich green hues, illuminated by the natural light that streams in through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Who wouldn’t double tap?
And that’s just the beginning of the postable potations to choose from. If the classic Old-Fashioned is up your alley, order the Pop’s Scotch, a popcorn-themed take on the standard sip, made with brown butter caramel, vanilla cherry bitters and Angostura bitters. Plus, this drink comes with its own snack—an adorable little bag of popcorn!
You don’t even have to tipple to enjoy a fabulous beveragino from this menu, as there are two mocktails to choose from that will tickle you all the same. Have the earthy and herbaceous Sage Advice, made with pineapple, sage, matcha, lemon, mint, soda and aquafaba (chickpea brine). We know what you’re thinking: bean juice in a cocktail? Worry not, aquafaba acts relatively similar to egg whites and is used to add a bit of froth to the top of the drink. If matcha isn’t your match, have the Flamingo Pink, made with strawberry, coconut cream, lemon, soda and aquafaba.
