National Cheeseburger Day gets celebrated on Sept. 18, but odds are you don’t need a reason to indulge in this American classic. Still, if you are craving one on that particular day, we couldn’t imagine a better way to commemorate the occasion than at Not A Damn Chance! Burger, a pop-up at Resorts World Las Vegas that’s making serious waves in a very short time with its delicious offerings.
A collaboration between pro skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee, NADC Burger is their brand’s latest expansion (other outlets include New York, Denver, Chicago and Fort Worth, Texas), and once you try one of these babies, you get how word is spreading—and fast!
What sets this outpost apart from its other locations is the Vegas-only Breakfast Burger, featuring a 100% wagyu patty, American cheese, pickles, bacon, a fried egg and “special sauce” to put it over the top. Best part of any sandwich you order? You can pair it with a mimosa, beer or canned cocktail. Whatever you do, do not forget to add the beef tallow fries—crispy, golden perfection. Want to take it up a notch (or two)? Order the Beast Mode fries, loaded with cheese, pickles, jalapeños and special sauce.
And to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day, the pop-up offers a “Happy Hour” where, from 1-6 p.m., you can enjoy the signature NADC Burger and fries for $18 (normally a $21 value).
