If you are looking for a great glass of wine, there is no shortage of venues all over Vegas that can satisfy the desire. Here, we highlight some of those sips and the fabulous places they’re served at. If in doubt about your wine, see if a sommelier is available—these pros always give great advice and can give you options if your wine is sold out.
1. Capital Grille
FSLV—Fashion Show Las Vegas. 702.932.6631. thecapitalgrille.com
Floor-to-ceiling two-story windows flood the room with light or create a magical Stripside night. Order a great dry-aged steak and you’ll almost be required to choose wine, too. Our recommendation: The 2023 Sauvignon blanc from New Zealand’s Yealands Wine.
2. Wally’s Wine & Spirits

You’ll find a tremendous number of wines in two-story racks ranged around the gourmet restaurant, and after you peruse the menu for food, you can choose from a list of 100 wines by the glass. Our recommendation: The 2022 Granbazán Etiqueta Verde Albarino Rias Baixas. (It’s vegan!)
3. Delmonico Steakhouse
The Venetian Resort. 702.414.3737. delmonicosteakhouse.com
Emeril Lagasse’s respected Las Vegas steakhouse in restaurant row is elegant yet relaxed with a curated menu of wine by the glass. Our recommendation: The 2023 Kistler chardonnay from Les Noisetiers in California’s Russian River Valley delivers hazelnut notes.
4. Edge Steakhouse
Westgate Las Vegas. 702.732.5277. westgateresorts.com
A favorite for special occasions in Las Vegas, this longtime favorite is treasured by visitors and locals alike for its elegant atmosphere and quality steaks. (Not surprised, right?) Our recommendation: A dinner pairing—it’s always worth the price.
5. Eataly Las Vegas
Park MGM. 702.730.7777. eataly.com
This huge marketplace and food hall accents all things Italian, and that includes wine. With several bars around the space, you’re sure to find a space to sit for a sip. On Sept. 19, the Endless Summer Festa offers complimentary pours of wine and cocktails. Our recommendation: At Eataly Bar, order the Lavignone rosé from Picco Maccario in Piemonte (perfect to sip with a pizza).
6. Giada
The Cromwell. 855.442.3271. caesars.com
The California-inspired menu at Giada De Laurentiis’ Stripside Italian restaurant is light and bright. The wine menu features a long list of wines from primarily Italy and California. Our recommendation: For an easy sparkling sip that you’ll want multiple glasses of, try the La Marca prosecco from Veneto, Italy.
7. Hugo’s Cellar
Four Queens. 702.387.5175. fourqueens.com
Another locals favorite, Hugo’s Cellar is the classic old-school steakhouse, offering roses for the ladies and chocolate-dipped strawberries in a brick -lined environment. Our recommendation: Match the amenities with a glass of champagne like Perrier-Jouët—buy the bottle!
8. Ada’s Food & Wine
410 S. Rampart Blvd. No.120. 702.462.2795. adaslv.com
This trendy restaurant is Vegas’ Summerlin community features chef James Trees’ cuisine, and a nice outdoor patio. Our recommendation: The Dönnhoff Riesling from the Leistenberg winery in Germany.

This is one of the most interesting spaces in Las Vegas, a stone-, brick- and wood-lined area that seems as if it’s imported direct from an Italian winery. Here, you’ll find wine flights, spirit flights, food and more, and you can personalize it. Our recommendation: The cabernet flight.
