I’ve enjoyed plenty of breakfasts up and down the Las Vegas Strip, but one in particular really stands out in my memory: Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse at Caesars Palace. This newest venture by celebrity chef Bobby Flay probably won’t be his last in Vegas, but even if it was, he would have reason to be incredibly proud.

The first thing you’ll notice about this stand-out restaurant is its exterior, with a sign that playfully bends toward you, beckoning you inside. Designed by Olivia Jane Design, the restaurant transports guests from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip to a timeless brasserie in Paris.

The space features an L-shaped, 20-seat bar with weathered marble, fluted wood and zinc accents. The lounge flows into the main dining space, which includes a showstopping raw bar with a lit canopy that spills over the tables below. The intimate, 175-seat dining room features blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs and handmade subway tile.

Enjoying the décor while sipping a coffee is part of the fun here, but oh the food! Flay’s restaurant serves all meals throughout the day, including brunch on Saturday and Sunday, but I’m here to talk about that breakfast in this particular space! I shared almost everything with my vegetarian compatriot, and while there were a few things she could not have, she enjoyed it as much as I—maybe more so.

We started with the assorted pastries, each one a unique and flavorful morsel and worth the price of admission alone. (No joke!) From there, we swooned over the omelet, accented by wild mushrooms and goat’s cheese, after which we tore into the French toast with seasonal berries and whipped crème fraîche.

And yes, I know it was breakfast, but I had to order the Bar Americain Burger, piled high with Gruyère, American cheese and bacon. And guess what? Even with everything else on the table beckoning me to return for seconds, I housed this burger—as the French would say—tout de suite!

If you’re a fan of breakfast—and c’mon, who isn’t?—you’ve gotta put this dining destination on your must-visit list.
