Estiatorio Milos brings a new twist to its weekday prix fixe menu, and the Greek restaurant is calling it the “Quick and Delicious Business Lunch.” The offer is a guaranteed 60-minute experience or less for $45—or it’s on them. Yup, a full lunch, three courses, beginning to end, and you’re out the door before the hour ends or the tab gets picked up by the restaurant. (Note: You can’t push the time on purpose, peeps—respect the deal!)
Not only is this a great deal, but the restaurant that prides itself on innovative and classic Greek cuisine really comes in clutch with the offerings—everything is delicious and the presentation is chef’s kiss … and three courses for just $45!?
The choices per course (first, second and dessert) all sound, taste and look delicious. First course faves include the Greek-style ceviche, chargrilled octopus and the authentically perfect Greek salad. Second course offerings include roasted organic chicken breast, tuna burger and whole grilled Mediterranean sea bream, all coming out looking and smelling amazing. Dessert goes classic Greek with made-in-house Greek yogurt topped with fruit or a sweet treat, but we say go with the karydopita, a traditional Greek spiced walnut cake served with ice cream (it’s kind of like carrot cake but even better!).
Vegetarians, listen up! Don’t think this meal deal will fit your dietary guidelines? You’re oh so wrong. This writer is a vegetarian and has to say it’s one of the best lunches I’ve experienced on the Strip. Just tell your server you’re a vegetarian and the lovely courses of nonmeat and fish dishes will impress. My first-course fave was the filling mezze platter with its different dips, pita, dolmas, vine-ripe heirloom tomatoes and olives, and the second course was a pasta with seasonal veggies and to-die-for red sauce.
There are lunch cocktails, wines and mocktails available for an extra price. Don’t pass up the hazelnut iced coffee, though, made with Lavazza espresso, almond milk, honey and hazelnut.
