Resorts World Las Vegas is home to some of the best restaurants, bars and lounges on the entire Strip, and to showcase that, the property has launched Savor Society. This year-round culinary and cocktail collective will give visitors the opportunity to experience special events featuring respected chefs, bartenders and hospitality innovators on a consistent basis.
You’ll want to get those reservations in early for chef-led dinners, global bar takeovers, wine tastings, afternoon teas and nightlife-infused dining opportunities. The dinners include several with Jason Atherton, a chef whose career includes restaurants across London, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, earning multiple Michelin stars in the process. Dinners include:
• An Atherton collaboration dinner with Kusa Nori on Sept. 17. Atherton joins executive chef Ryan Nuqui for a one-night-only experience featuring Japanese cuisine through an international lens. Expect an evening focused on precision and presentation.
• An Atherton collaboration dinner with Stubborn Seed on Sept. 18. Atherton teams up with chef Jeremy Ford, the Top Chef-winning talent whose Miami Beach Stubborn Seed has a Michelin star of its own. This exclusive event will focus on seasonal sensibility, creativity and technical excellence.
• A Marcus Samuelsson signature culinary event in November (date to be determined). This event is tied to the release of James Beard Award-winning Samuelsson’s upcoming cookbook, Back to Green: Rediscovering a World of Delicious, Healthy Eating. Samuelsson, who owns and operates Streetbird at Resorts World Las Vegas’ Famous Foods Street Eats, will bring his global perspective to this event.
Visitors can also enjoy limited-time bar residencies at Alle Lounge on 66, including:
• Hanky Panky (Sept. 17-19), featuring the Mexico City bar and its signature approach to cocktails, refined service and understated sophistication.
• Double Chicken Please (Nov. 19-21), featuring the acclaimed New York bar and its narrative-driven cocktail program.
“We’re not chasing singular moments; we’re building a framework that consistently brings leading chefs and bartenders into the resort and gives guests a reason to keep coming back,” said Josef Wagner, senior vice president of operations at Resorts World Las Vegas.
