Choose three of your favorite offerings at your property.

Proper Eats Food Hall, located on the promenade level, is a one-stop shop for a collection of delicious cuisine from all around the world. Some of my favorite options include Wexler’s Deli, Lola’s Burgers and Temaki Bar. (The food hall) is a great place to watch an NFL game or get views of the beautiful pool. My favorite item is the LA Bird Sandwich from Wexler’s Deli, with smoked turkey, hot honey mustard and coleslaw on a bagel. Second is Liquid Pool Lounge—a fun, adults-only pool party experience with a DJ, and it is known for serving some great champagne. The pool club offers eight secluded cabanas with three (additional) cabanas for larger parties. Guests can also enjoy one of the daybeds that line the 1,200-square-foot main pool. Third is Javier’s; this restaurant has an Aztec atmosphere with wood carvings and a bar that features the world’s finest tequilas. When I moved to Vegas I had dinner at Javier’s, and I enjoyed the Javier’s Margarita that has Javier’s Reserva reposado tequila and Grand Marnier. It is a simple drink that is great to sip on as you enjoy the vibrant music. I am a seafood lover, and my favorite entrée is the Cabo Azul, a mix of main lobster enchilada, poblano chile stuffed with shrimp and Dungeness crab.

What are your go-to lunch spots both on and off the Strip?

Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM has a wonderful selection of Italian cuisine. Sadelle’s at Bellagio is a light and airy café that brings in natural light. Ferraro’s is a great off-Strip restaurant, with classic Italian cuisine and a nice patio.

What are some of your favorite steakhouses and why?

Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa Resort & Casino. The restaurant is dark and moody and provides a sexy atmosphere. The mix of wet- and dry-age steaks pair well with an exciting selection of seafood. The cuisine and atmosphere will keep your taste buds tingling throughout the entire dining experience. SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas is incredible, serving the certified Kobe beef from the Hyogo Prefecture of Japan and an amazing Maryland blue crab cake starter. In the evening, the Lake of Dreams turns into an outdoor experience. The multimedia combines over-the-top lighting with puppetry and a vibrant soundtrack to enhance the dining experience. Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria features three different forms of beef from around the world. The design of the restaurant is stunning and is an inviting introduction to the amazing world of Jean Georges. The steaks are divine, and the cocktails are just as amazing. Some of the incredible cocktail options include The Occidental, which is a dirty vodka martini made with Belvedere, Maytag Blue Cheese-stuffed olives and house-made olive juice.

What are three of your most-suggested shows to see and why?

First is “O” by Cirque Du Soleil at Bellagio. This is a classic aquatic show that captures the essence of a man’s dreams. The intertwined narratives keep the audience in suspense as the aerial acts and soaring soldiers fly throughout the show. I highly suggest this show for a romantic evening or celebration. Second is Absinthe at Caesars Palace. This is an over-the-top adult show that combines comedy and aerobatics. Absinthe is a show for a more adventurous crowd with an open mind, perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette party or a girl’s night out. The Green Fairy will appear even if you chose not to drink this potent liquor. And third is DISCOSHOW, a love letter to the era of disco. It is nonstop dancing and choreography that you get to learn from the host of the show. The fun costumes that the performers wear and the history of disco keep you moving for the entire length of the show. The audience gets an opportunity to learn how disco influences most modern pop songs.

When attending our ELITE Events, what do you enjoy most?

I enjoy networking and meeting new people at the ELITE events. I also love trying new entrees and experiencing different venues that I can share information about with my team and valuable guests. The ELITE events are always an experience that I treasure and look forward to after a long day at work. The most recent event where we saw Janet Jackson was mind-blowing and fun. I danced the whole show, and it was nice to make new friends and reconnect with my current colleagues and friends in the concierge community.
