Even though I’m Downtown … On-Strip: The Crack Shack at Park MGM—Jidori, ‘nuff said. Off-Strip: Roberto’s—carne asada burrito with cheese and guacamole.

This is a tough one—unlike these steaks! Herbs & Rye—I like that it’s extremely intimate; ONE Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas—best tomahawk I’ve ever had; Galpao Gaucho at FSLV—Fashion Show Las Vegas—best salad bar at a Brazilian steakhouse I’ve ever had; Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa Resort & Casino for the décor and service.

What spots are great to grab a late-night drink?

While I don’t drink myself … Millennium Fandom Bar in the Arts District for the sexy nerds (fabulously fun non-alcoholic options); McMullan’s Irish Pub on West Tropicana Avenue for the Guinness Zero; The Cat’s Meow in Neonopolis for the 24/7 karaoke and some of the coolest DJs around; Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino for the views and the mixologists (great sophisticated mocktails).

America at New York-New York—it gets the job done; P.O.P.S. The Underground Speakeasy & Distillery at The Mob Museum—located on the right-hand side of the exterior, you’ll give the password located daily on their website; The Laundry Room at Commonwealth—located through an unmarked entrance on Fremont Street, reservations are made directly on their website; Capo’s Restaurant and Speakeasy in Westview Plaza—you’ll make reservations directly through the website; while no password is required, it is experiential.

Are there any spots that offer dinner and a show?

What are some of the best pieces of advice that you offer to your guests?

Real talk! Carry your ID—you never know when you’ll need it; don’t rely on cash—most vendors don’t even accept it anymore; plan ahead/book early—lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on others; make sure your leftovers can be eaten cold—do not expect microwaves to be available.

What are three attractions off the Strip that visitors should not miss?

FOMO! Fremont Street Experience—never a dull moment; Spy Ninjas HQ on West Sahara Avenue—where a kid can be a kid; AREA15—where a kid can be an alien and adults forget they’re old.

What are three of your most-suggested shows to see and why?

There’s a theme … Absinthe—for no-holds-barred, equal opportunity offender (Wanda Widdles, ‘nuff said); Atomic Saloon Show—chaps are always assless … and I love yo-yos #ifykyk; DISCOSHOW—it’s going to the club and not feeling self-conscious about it.

Bang for the buck. Nature and hiking—yes, walking the Strip counts; Big Bus Tours—for when you don’t want to walk and you scoff at The Deuce.

If you could plan the perfect day in Las Vegas what would it entail?

So much to do so little time … It’s so hard to fit so much possibility in a day, but probably waking up in our Hospitality Suite or Founders Suite to shower, massage, and head to Stadium Swim in the Owner’s Suite, followed by breakfast since there’s so much space in these suites, so obviously all my closest friends would be there to enjoy it all with! Then a break for lunch before getting picked up for a helicopter tour landing in the Grand Canyon for the middle of the day. Upon returning, being lazy again by the pool, taking a quick dip to cool off before heading to an early dinner at Barry’s Downtown Prime (with any luck, tableside bananas flambé) followed by catching sunset at Legacy Club. Then it’s off to any of the Spiegelworld shows or some late-night comedy (because later is when the most interesting audience members turn up!) After the show, dealers’ choice—probably hopping in a party bus to hit a nightclub, maybe On The Record (those secret karaoke rooms) before grabbing some afterhours grub at Peppermill and Fireside Lounge to round out the night.

Where’s the beef? Victory Burger & Wings Co. at Circa Resort & Casino—Hangover Burger—see? They know and care!; Fat Sal’s on Fremont Street—Smash!; Fukuburger—for something different; Hennessey’s Tavern on Fremont Street—good ol’-fashioned bar food and a burger of the month!
