My top dining choices are Jardin, Summer House and Cafe Lola. Jardin at the Wynn Las Vegas offers fresh seasonal dishes like yellowfin tuna tacos and crab Benedict. Summer House at Durango Casino & Resort has a relaxed vibe with locally sourced dishes and California wines. Cafe Lola is colorful and known for creative drinks and floral decor. They serve breakfast and brunch all day, including crème brûlée French toast and Let's Avocuddle toast, with several locations in Las Vegas.

Name some of your favorite steakhouses and why.

My top three are SW Steakhouse, Carversteak and STK. SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas offers high-quality steaks, including wagyu with a lakeside view and live entertainment. Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas serves dry-aged steaks and vegan options in a stylish setting with Strip views. STK at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas combines a lively lounge atmosphere with fine dining.

What spots are great to grab a late-night drink?

The Living Room at Intrigue offers creative cocktails in a cozy spot under the stairs at the Wynn, and there is also the B Bar that serves expertly made drinks in a stylish atmosphere, making it ideal for casual meetings. Pinky’s by Vanderpump features unique dishes and colorful cocktails in a chic space, a covered terrace on the Strip.

What great restaurants are open 24 hours a day?

The Oyster Bar at Palace Station is a 24/7 seafood restaurant in Las Vegas. Watch chefs prepare dishes like steamed clams and fresh oysters. It offers tasty options, including gumbo with wine and oysters with beer on a first-come, first-served basis. America at New York-New York Las Vegas is a nearby, affordable diner with good quality food.

Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas offers free live music on three stages every night. It features the world's largest LED canopy screen, making it a memorable place to visit.

Little Church of the West, a redwood wedding chapel on the Las Vegas Strip, resembles a pioneer town church and is conveniently located near the Welcome Las Vegas Sign. Graceland Wedding Chapel, one of the oldest in the city, is famous for hosting celebrity weddings and Elvis impersonators, offering great service for memorable celebrations.

Paradox Museum Las Vegas offers interactive optical illusions that let visitors walk on the ceiling in the Reverse Room. It's a fun place for all ages and is one of the top indoor attractions on the Las Vegas Strip. Close by, the High Roller Observation Wheel at The Linq Promenade is the world's largest at 550 feet tall. It has 30-minute rides that provide stunning views and entertainment along Las Vegas Boulevard.

The Laundry Room is a hidden bar near Commonwealth Bar on Fremont Street, accessible through a secret ground floor entrance. Reservations require a text. The Underground Speakeasy at The Mob Museum features a vintage vibe and handcrafted cocktails, accessed via basement stairs with a current password from their website.

Are there any spots that offer dinner and a show?

Delilah at the Wynn Las Vegas features 1950s Hollywood glam with elegant decor, upscale dining, and live music with special performances every night. For families, the Tournament of Kings at Excalibur offers a medieval dining experience where you can interact with performers during the show.

What are three attractions off the Strip that visitors should not miss?

The Fremont Experience is a must-see in Las Vegas, featuring live music, street performers, and a stunning light show. Don’t miss the Hoover Dam, which offers guided tours, and visit the Eldorado Canyon Mine, Southern Nevada's oldest gold mine.

What are three of your most-suggested shows to see and why?

It will be Postcard from Earth at Sphere, Penn & Teller at Rio Las Vegas and Absinthe at Caesars Palace. Postcard from Earth is like your passport to see the different cultures and sceneries around the globe that provides a strong message. Penn & Teller is a very wholesome comedy and magic show great for all ages. Absinthe is another great one as it provides Vegas-like energy and humor.

What are some of the more affordable ways to enjoy Las Vegas?

Visiting free attractions such as the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign. Also, hiking at Red Rock and trying local eateries around town.

What lounges have the best views of Las Vegas at night?

The Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino, Alle Lounge on 66 at Resorts World Las Vegas and the Skyfall Lounge at the W Las Vegas. These lounges offer great views of our city from the south and north end of the strip and downtown Las Vegas.

What nightclubs offer the best experience for the price?

XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas houses big names like The Chainsmokers, Marshmello and Diplo. Drai’s Nightclub at The Cromwell is when you’re feeling some R&B or hip-hop music, and We All Scream for a local spot downtown.

What are some of the best Chinatown eateries?

Hwaro for Korean BBQ, Nabe for a great hotpot spot and Yama Sushi for A.Y.C.E. sushi.

What are some of your favorite downtown restaurants and bars?

Le Thai for some great crab fried rice, Nacho Daddy for some great happy hours, and Fremont East District is filled with great spots for bar-hopping.

What spots transport guests back to old-school Las Vegas?

Visiting the Mob Museum helps guests to understand a major part of Las Vegas history. Neon Museum preserves the iconic signs of previous properties that is even better during night with its illuminated show. El Cortez Hotel & Casino has its Las Vegas History Hallway, where everyone can learn the history of the property and the evolution of our city, and Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort State Historic Park, located just right outside of downtown.

What are some of the most unique spots in Las Vegas?

Seven Magic Mountains is an attraction made of rocks painted with different colors that portray the diversity of nature and culture. Springs Preserve has a botanical garden, butterfly habitat and museums and galleries that are rich with Las Vegas history. And there is AREA15, a place good for all-ages entertainment venue. Omega Mart and The John Wick Experience are some of their well-known attractions.

If you could plan the perfect day in Las Vegas, what would it entail?

My ideal day in Las Vegas is to start with a great spa service, eat brunch on the strip, see a show, dine in a local spot and enjoy the live entertainment on Fremont Street.

FUKU Burger in Chinatown, Jardin at the Wynn and Black Tap at the Venetian.

What restaurants are great for vegan and vegetarians?

Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World Las Vegas serves plant-based dishes, including those with gluten-free needs like me. Down 2 Earth Plant Based Cuisine is another excellent vegan restaurant at Town Square Las Vegas that offers very comforting food.

What do you appreciate most about the VEGAS2GO publication?
