Choose three of your favorite offerings at your property.

Three of my favorite offerings at Circa Resort & Casino are mini refrigerators in all rooms; our pools are open all year round and it’s the largest pool in Las Vegas with a 40-foot-tall TV to watch sports and towels are provided to all guests; and Alexa devices in all rooms.

Name some of your favorite steakhouses and why?

My number one is Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa not just because it’s our signature steakhouse but the food is phenomenal, and the service is unique. Chef Barry is hands-on, and the menu is exquisite. You will find a little bit of everything not just steak. It’s a must, you never know which celebrity you might run into. Emmit’s Vegas at FSLV—Fashion Show Las Vegas, it’s a new experience on the Strip and did not disappoint. A couple concierges had the pleasure of tasting their unique dishes; the steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes and seafood tasted great. Lastly, Peter Lugar Steakhouse at Caesars Palace. I had the opportunity to experience the soft opening. White tablecloths—the service was impeccable. It has an outside patio looking over the pools where you can enjoy a cigar. The steak and seafood were amazing, (the cocktails were a bit strong for me) and the dessert was enjoyable.

Giada is not only a chef but has her own cookbook, her own TV cooking show and has a patisserie shop inside Caesars Palace. LPM Restaurant & Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, located on the second level. You’ll feel like you walked into Italy; it’s an excellent choice to celebrate Valentine’s Day, an anniversary, wedding proposal, or if you’re just feeling romantic or cute! The pasta had a distinct flavor, and I had never tasted escargot before but let me tell you LPM did a great job preparing and seasoning them to perfection and the butter and garlic flavor sold me.

The Underground speakeasy at Mob Museum has great ambiance, dim lights, great food and drinks and you can read some history on the mob. It’s not available for all ages and there is no seating. You stand and dance and go away into the disco era for the 1970’s; you’re more than welcome to dress up.
